*Disclaimer* Due to the nature of the 3d printing process, you may see slight imperfections. Every order is inspected before being shipped. You may see black specks on the joints of some items printed using clear filament (such as glow filament) this is common with these types of filaments. We are not able to test every color of filament on every item we offer so if we are unable to get the color you requested to work with your item, we will issue a full refund and or compensation. 3d Printed items are not suitable for very young children as pieces could potentially break off and become a choking hazard. All items are printed on a high quality machine however, you should keep in mind that because we are not a large scale manufacturer, we are not subject to the same rigorous standards as commercial manufacturers. PLA is not indestructible and some models are more delicate than others, please handle with care. In the event that our filament suppliers are out of stock, we have to make due with the colors we have at our disposal so if you are trying to achieve a specific look, send us a dm in advance.

*Special filaments* – Glow in the dark, etc.

Glow filaments need UV light to glow. Not all glow filaments are manufactured the same way, the amount of time each filament needs to be exposed to UV light may vary to see the full effect. The multi-color glow filament and or other multi colored filaments, change color based on layer height, bigger items will see better results. Two items printed in the same color can appear different colors depending on at what point in the color change the item was printed.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

All our items are printed on a high quality machine and depending on the item, can take anywhere from a few minutes to upwards of 50+ hours to complete. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality as possible and will never sell you a product unworthy of a purchase. Because at the end of the day 3d printing is essentially pushing molten plastic through a tube layer by layer, it is not a perfect science and imperfections are to be expected however, we will never sell you a product that is of sub par quality. We invested a lot of money into our equipment to ensure quality outcomes. We do advise you to exercise caution with young children as if an item could potentially become a choking hazard if broken.

All our items are printed in either PLA or PETG and are non-toxic. These materials (PLA specifically) are sensitive to extreme heat and so should not be exposed to any extreme heat sources for a long period of time.

3d prints are not dishwasher safe and should ONLY BE WASHED BY HAND. Washing a 3d printed item in the washing machine can result in shrinkage and damage to the item. Avoid extreme heat

If an item is damaged, we will make every effort to come to satisfactory resolution by either issuing a refund or exchanging the item. We cannot accept returns for custom orders as each one is unique.
